Liwen Bianji was established in August 2006 as the China office of Edanz Editing , Japan 's leading English editing service. Edanz Editing is the first internationally recognized editing service to open a WFOE office in Beijing , the main center of Chinese academia. Edanz Editing has extended its English editing services to Chinese authors by fully localizing its service so that Chinese authors can communicate in Chinese with our local office about their manuscript. Further, authors can make payments through their institutions using the Chinese banking system. The Edanz staff of experienced professional editors is now available to Chinese authors and local Journal editors.
Edanz Editing achieved its position as Japan 's premier medical and science editing company by providing an editing service that meets the needs of its clients; we offer speed and quality at a reasonable fee. Liwen Bianji offers the same high quality service; which includes the fastest turn around (regular service is 3 days, plus an overnight express service) and reasonable prices with no hidden costs or add-ons. Liwen Bianji continues Edanz Editing's policy of openness; therefore, information about who edits for us and how much our services cost is available on this website (see Fee Structure and Editors' Background pages). Liwen Bianji serves China based authors exclusively, so our website is in Chinese. Apart from event announcements, what you read here is the only English page you will find on our site.
Working for Liwen Bianji
Liwen Bianji has editing work available for experienced native English editors, either as full time contracted (retainer) editors or freelance part-timers. Some positions will become available in Beijing with accommodation and a sponsored visa. We want to hear from scientists, researchers, or academics with excellent writing skills and a track record of research published in English language journals.
